Fall changes the colors of leaves and brings a cool change in the weather, which usually means you have a hot date with your favorite sweater and a nice plate of your favorite comfort food.
Comfort food doesn't mean you have to indulge in heavy, stodgy meals to keep your stomach satisfied and compromise your waist line. Over the next few months, i'll be treating you to delicious and healthy comfort foods using all of the hottest seasonal produce fall has to offer!
Eating produce in season means you are using ingredients that have been picked in their prime. This makes for tastier, nutrient packed meals, that are great for your body and even better on your pocket.
